Trust fails on both sides of hiring.
A hiring platform built around a trust problem on both sides: what if the recruiter isn’t actually a recruiter, and the “perfect” candidate isn’t as real as they look on paper?
02 / The feature
Show the evidence, not one trust score.
At a hackathon, the team built a two-sided trust feature for it. Candidates can review employer sources, links, visa information and résumé fit; recruiters can spot inconsistencies and applications that need a closer look. The design decision that mattered most: show the evidence instead of hiding it behind one trust score, separating what’s supported, what’s missing and what needs attention so people can make their own judgment.
